Nashville – March 12, 2009. The management of Smokefree Innotec has appointed First American Stock Transfer Inc. of Phoenix Arizona as its official stock transfer agent. Shareholders of Rauchless Inc., Lema One Inc., and Courtside Products will be issued new stock certificates by First American.

Nashville – March 6, 2009. Smokefree Innotec has been given a PK trading symbol by FINRA which will facilitate the company’s public trading. The company will be trading as SFIO. The Board of Directors and its counsel George Roth are currently filing disclosure statements and further necessary compliance reports to FINRA.
