   Does REAL Smokefree give me the same satisfaction as a regular cigarette?

   Close! What you’ll miss is the smoke in your nose and the smell in your clothes or cigarette-burns in your pants. But REAL Smokefree will give you the thrill of warm inhaling and the kick of the nicotine, embedded in the taste of Virginia blend or menthol flavored tobacco.

   Can I smoke REAL Smokefree in public places like restaurants?

   Other than real cigarettes there’s no burning of tobacco or second-hand smoke. Other than most E-cigarettes REAL Smokefree does not light up or yield any vapor. Moreover ‘smoking’ Real Smokefree doesn’t give off any smell. In fact you’re not smoking while you are and you’re smoking when you’re not. As long as you don’t ‘burn tobacco’ or imitate that by a lighted tip or smoke-like vapor, there will be no reason to be asked to step outside and we feel comfortable about enjoying Real Smokefree at the office, at our favorite restaurant, on the plane and on the train.

   Can I be asked to stop smoking REAL Smokefree in public places?

   Of course you can, but the request of your bartender, server or flight attendant will have no legal grounds. Most likely they’ll wonder what you’re up to and may ask you where you bought it.

   Is there a health hazard smoking REAL Smokefree?

   We have developed REAL Smokefree so that people that do not want to quit smoking can still enjoy their ‘addiction’ without creating sickening second-hand smoke. There are no dangerous substances being formed by burning tobacco and its additives, one only inhales warm air spiked with nicotine and the flavor of choice.

   Isn’t nicotine a dangerous substance?

   Nicotine is an alkaloid found in the nightshade family of plants. 40–60 mg pure nicotine can be a lethal dosage for adult humans. Nicotine therefore has a high toxicity. In low concentrations it is a stimulant. The average regular cigarette contains 14 mg of nicotine and yields about 0.8 and 1.2 mg absorbed in your body. REAL Smokefree filters contain less than a regular cigarette, about 2 mg, and yield 0.8 to 1.0 mg of nicotine. Nonetheless we need to advise you that nicotine is the main factor responsible for the dependence-forming properties of tobacco smoking and whether inhaled from REAL Smokefree or from a regular cigarette: nicotine is still nicotine.

   The big companies have tried so many times in vain, why would I enjoy REAL Smokefree?

   The aroma is of major importance as throughout the years alternatives for cigarettes have been launched of which the success was limited by bad flavor. REAL Smokefree and its supplier AHN think they came up with the best tasting alternative that technology has to offer.

   Dear Mr. Wood,

   Currently the REAL smokefree product is being test marketed in select parts of Europe. Due to the myriad of Regulatory statutes and restrictions in each country, the company has chosen not to engage in direct internet sales, and is working through select distributors in each geographical sales region.

   I'm 42 years old & have wanted an alternative to smoking that didn't smell but would satisfy the cravings of a cigarette. When can this product be available? I have seen similar products advertised on the web but I buy American (note the capital A) & I'm cautious of products made outside of USA. Please tell me when I can buy this product!!!

   The company is currently working to begin U.S. distribution following the January 2010 ruling by District Court Justice Richard Leon.

   How much does this cost? Can I buy it from the USA? How much are the replacement filters?

   Currently the MSRP (suggested retail price) for the starter kit is 76 Euros, and the filterpacks are 7.5 Euros, though pricing is subject to change without notice. The company expects to begin US distribution sometime in 2nd quarter of 2010

    Wher do I by it in Sweden

    The company is working on compiling a list of retail stores that carry the Smokefree Innotec brand. This list is expected to be available sometime in the 2nd quarter of 2010

    Is this product currently available to the public in the United States?

    While the product is not currently available in the U.S. at this moment, following U.S. District court Justice Richard Leon's injunction against the FDA in a lawsuit of a similar nature, Smokefree Innotec is agressively resuming negotiations to distribute in gas stations and convenience stores.

This dosage is per kilo? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nicotine#Psychoactive_effects Recheck your statements on your FAQ/website. I recommend you show a list of bad things in cigarettes (Carbon monoxide, Cyanide, Tar...) and then make a list of the components in REAL smokefree cigarettes. Then next to this list, multiply each component by is relative lethal dose/health exposure, and show relatively how much worse normal cigarettes are... would be great visualisation. I understand that this may be negative, but most people know smoking is bad for you anyway... Kind regards, Bernhard

    so... I see a lot of information on this site but no product available. What gives? When do you expect to provide the consumer with a product? seems to me that you folks are just selling stock in something that doesn't exist. Your news archives listed show Jan 2009... one year and no product? Not very good... someone is getting ripped.

    Currently the company is distributing its products in selected European territories as a test market. The company is currently working with the US FDA to distribute its products in the US while maintaining full compliance with all applicable US FDA regulations regarding nicotine derivatives.
