The package actually came USPS yesterday afternoon. Inside were the following items: a starter kit, several Natural filters and several Menthol filters, 2 lithium battery sticks and empty boxes of the Naturals and the Menthol. I plugged in the charger and on the front there are two lights that are labled “charger” and “cigarette”. Both were blinking red. In 30 minutes the green light was on for the cigarette and that’s when I pulled it out. I put the filter on the stick and was ready to test this product. Before that, I put the second stick in the charger and the green light was blinking after only 5 minutes. That was kind of nice since it was quick to charge the cigarette.
First of all, let me say that the “REAL” cigarette looks like a regular cigarette and does have a thin chrome ring around the end. It is the size of a regular cigarette and not the size of the “100′s”. As we all know, the end does not light up like an E-cig and there is no mist that comes out. I have a Liberty E-cig that I ordered from the Indians in New York and my wife has an E-puffer. We both have a few regular cigarettes each day along with using our E-cigs. A few years back, I used to smoke about a pack a day, so I am very familiar with regular cigarettes.
Smokers will have a better understanding of what I’m going to say next. I tried both the Natural and the Menthol. When you drag on the cig, you actually get the taste of a regular cig. The menthol flavored one left a pleasant taste on my tongue and my lips. When smokers drag on a cigarette, they press down on the filter when they take a drag. The SIFO filter is soft just like a regular cigarette. So the softness of the filter is a “big” thing to the smoker. Puffing on the E-cig is like sucking on a ball point pen since the filter is plastic. The filter lasts about as long as smoking 1 regular cigarette. After I’m done with this post I think I’ll count the number of times I used the word “cigarette”. Jesus!!
When a smoker drags on a regular cigarette, he/she feels the heat of that cigarette on their lips. The “REAL’ cigarette emits the same type of heat.
There is a slight noise when you inhale, but I think that makes it seem more like a regular cigarette. When you drag on a regular cigarette it also makes a soft noise. The only thing that is missing from this cigarette is the smoke/mist, but that was the intention of this invention. I tried shutting my eyes for a few drags and it was like smoking a regular cigarette. The new buyers will just have to get used to not seeing any smoke/mist when they drag away.
It appears to me that what SFIO has tried attain has been accomplished. Bottom line, the “REAL CIGARETTE” is and does what it claims to do.

As a long term cigarette smoker I have been looking for a way to try and curb the habit (especially with two kids and one wife continually nagging me). I have tried patches, gum and even cold turkey, all with little success!!
I realise that this is due to me not continuing with the programs and products offered in full. But as most smokers are aware, old habits do not just ‘go away’. I found that there were certain situations where lighting up a smoke was more routine than actual addiction. These situations included work breaks, after meals and while socialising with friends.
I heard of the “totally smoke-free cigarette” by chance when I was making a delivery (I’m a courier) to an office in Auckland . One of my issues with working as a courier is the long hours on the road and not being able to smoke in a company vehicle. I was a little sceptical when I asked about Smokefree Innotec’s “totally smoke-free cigarette”.
I’ve seen many different products before and the idea of mixing technology with a cigarettes was a little beyond my understanding. But, they offered me a sample pack and showed me how the Zippo works, how to change the filters – all very easy.
On the trip back to the depot, I tried one. The effects were similar to smoking a normal cigarette (without the smoke of course), my normal cravings disappeared and no “after smell” (which my wife and kids hate).
I’ve pretty much used up my sample pack, my normal smoking habit is reduced, I have the convenience of being able to have a ‘virtual’ cigarette anywhere (including company cars and airports). My wife and children are no longer giving me grief about smokers breath and more importantly I’ve significantly cut down on my smoking – I’m ecstatic!.
I was very surprised by the Smokefree Cigarette – it just works! Makes you wonder why no one thought of it sooner.
