Smokefree Innotec retains Swiss patent attorneys to extend its international patent coverage

NASHVILLE, TN –12/02/09 — Smokefree Innotec, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SFIO) (http://www.sfio.us or http://www.smokefree-innotec.com) announced today that its Swiss patent and trademark attorneys Spierenburg & Partners AG have started nationalizing and regionalizing the PCT patent application for SFIO’s Real Smokefree product. 

The first countries where Spierenburg & Partners foreign associates have entered into the national phase are Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Europe, Russia and the United States.
